facing. They also need to know how to position their product or service to solve those

sales funnel and long-term customer relationships. To help you do so, we've

Webinars and free courses are excellent lead magnets that can attract and convert
prospects while establishing your company as a trusted source of information and
knowledge. These lead magnets are also a great way to build strong relationships
with leads and nurture them into coaching clients or other long-term customers. To
maximize the effectiveness of a webinar or free course lead magnet, use a landing
page that includes a signup form and automated reminders to ensure your audience
attends.

When a person signs up for your webinar or free course, they should immediately
receive a confirmation email with additional resources and a personalized offer.
Once they complete the lead magnet, follow-up emails should be sent out regularly
to keep them engaged with your business and encourage them to take further
action.

eBooks and how-to videos are effective at attracting and converting new customers
because they show that your company can help them solve their problems. For
example, Shogun, a website design agency, uses an opt-in box on their blog posts to
give people a taste of what it can do for them. The opt-in box displays a demo of the
site design process and allows users to book a consultation with a team member.

In-depth guides that teach a subject your audience is interested in are a good way
to increase trust and generate qualified leads. They're an especially effective lead
magnet if they are positioned at the top of your funnel where your audience is
already aware of their problem and is actively searching for a solution.
If you want your lead magnets to convert, they should be aimed at the right
audience and have clear call-to-actions. They should also align with a level-5 buyer,
which is a prospect that's fully aware of their problem and ready to hire you for
solutions.
